A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE WIZZZZZZZZ.....

When I'm not playing drums, rehearsing, writing bleechs, working, sleeping, waking up, researching, complaining about everything, I actually have a life. Here is one day in particular that I just remember quite vividly.
Bleech,......
12:55 pm: Quite unusual. I'm at the Staten Island Ferry waiting on what seems to be an actual line for the Ferry which there never is. The dude cop is trying to 'break it up' but it seems today they want to seem nice & respect. I followed the dude rule so I'm sort of in front yet there's still a line behind me. Weird. Gonna see my friend D, maybe we could walk to the beach.
1:24 pm: I'm riding on the Ferry where it's actually a beautiful day listening to Rhinestone Cowboy on the radio. I'm not on a horse or wearing Rhinestones & I know that would be cool yet I don't know if the horse will make it across this water [for fear it'll turn green]. But it is a beautiful sight. Looking at all the boats, it's a bit chilly, lucky I always carry my scarf. I'm in awe of the boats dreaming that one day I'll be in my own boat (or somebody else's) sailing away, listening to every concievable good song about boats & sailing that exist: Come Sail Away-Styx, Sail Away-Oak Ridge Boys, Sailing-Rod Stewart, Boats Against The Current-Olivia Newton John or Eric Carmen. I don't take pics as I've been on this ride before but I finally have camera after years of avoiding all tech aspects of our new world. I brought my book wth me hoping to read it on the Ferry thinking I'd be sitting & relaxing on here since the weather has been insanely cold lately & it's freakin' May! But noooooo, it's not cold (miracle!), I'm not reading (I'm dying to finish this book, since it's wearing me out), & I'm not drinking my Vitamin Water which I also bought for the trip since I'm the first to stand outside & gaze at the NY water, which for all intents & purposes (?) is not the blue water we all know & love on a day like this, or on a normal ocean. Not even my dark glasses have shaded the water the color it seems to be now. Is it? (removes sunglasses)Green? Yep, it's green. Not even a St. Paddy's Day green, but a Grasshopper drink green (my fav shot of choice until the Mojito came out!!!!??????). I'm in hell waiting for the bus now to see my best friend wishing I was back on the boat. But you can't take a ride back & forth continuosely for a couple of hours without getting off of it each time it docks, that sort of ruins the fun & purpose. But it's still free & you don't have to pay 1 million dollars for the gas that it seems to be going for now & even though it's the same ride back & forth you're bound to see something different everytime. An almost perfect ride. But what gets me out of all of this? The other gorgeous boats? The loons surfing somewhere? The sky & clouds & amazing sun? The Circle Line which always passes by & is surprisingly still in operation because it costs about 8 grand to ride it now? (By the way, as I'm waiting forever for the bus in front of me is a giant sign [& apparently on all bus stops] that says 'Bus Stop No Standing'? How else are we supposed to wait for the damn thing?)? As my day is almost ruined by this bus fiasco & the fact that I took the wrong train down here & its a Sunday when public transportation is virtually useless [& it's Memorial Day weekend]. A bus decides to finally come a half hour later after the boat had left me there a half hour earlier! Meaning had I gotten here a half hour later I wouldn't be pissed off right now. But it's still a beautiful day & I'm still on the boat in my head, sick about the song that is playing on my radio right now, which really sucks & wondering what my hair looks like after I'd gotten it to look perfectly last night when I styled it (styled? Yeah right!) & this morning when I woke & is now probably spiked to oblivion (my usual look) from the beautiful boat wind. There are little maggots everywhere (my unfortunate name for uncontrollable little tikes running amok around the bus I'm on now) but I am not insane now as I am at peace finally hearing a decent song on my radio by the fantastic Bee Gees & I feel great. Still thinking about 'my boat'. (Now I've gone into RR mode which I'm extremely proud of!) I'm thinking of telling the little maggots or whoever owns them to cool it or I'll be forced to throw them out the window, but thankfully without my noticing they have exited. Wow peace again. Another beautiful song comes up & I'm still on the boat thinking I could play the hell outta that song on this boat.
2:26 pm: I wonder if my ladys will fit on this boat. As I'm writing this my little thingy(an old Palm Pilot, not the phone everyone thinks it is, yet I can pretend it is a phone so no one will bug me!) has run out of room for me to write about this craziness. So I start a new excerpt, my fingers hurting which is the reason my hands have turned to mush & realize I'm lost, but I'm not & no joke - I pass by a place called Drum Rd. Cool! Since I'm still on the bus ride from hell, the great Marty Robbins serenades me with El Paso, I think I know where I am. Almost to my best friend who is going to have surgery for a genetic cancerous tumor in her mouth & I try to pray for her all the time. I also think of cute Dick Martin who passed away today, the greatest comedian ever from Laugh-In. Now he's gone & no one will ever know how totally cool he was with all the crapola that's out there now & I turn on the TV & no one is speaking of him when he should've been on the minute I turned it on because he deserves at least an hour of coverage but what do they care dorks! Instead I dream of Dick singing me El Paso. Wow. Now I'm at my stop at Sand Lane.
My point before was while on the boat what struck me was the waves. Not the beautiful waves of the now green water but the waves of the people on the other Ferry almost about to 'kiss' us. Wondering why they're waving & is it generally normal for us to wave at nothing. So I wave to them because no one else is doing it. Maybe they'll like my newly spiked hair. Maybe I'll dig their earrings if I could see them from 10,000 feet away, who knows! What makes us wave? Just the feeling that someone's looking. Or paying attention. Or the fact that they just want to be noticed. Or just a feeling of respect. One waves to be sure that they're not being rude to someone who's probably never going to notice them, none the less they wave. It doesn't matter whether you know what they mean. Are they saying Hello? Goodbye? What's Up? or Yo? They wave. It doesn't matter if they don't know the person, or maybe they do. Maybe they have a friend that is at the Ferry the precise moment the other is passing. In this, the cell phone age, you never know. They wave. So I waved. It was cool. I always do. I'm outta the bus finally & at my friend's door. We hang for the day taking in the sun. Watch a few movies, eat a few sandwiches, talking about everything . Making sure she's ok with the surgery she's about to have. She's afraid because her brother passed of something similar but of course it's not the same. I tell her it'll be ok & tell her of my former hell (the bus ride as well as some older heavier stuff) & just try to get her not to think like that. We have fun, she's falling asleep.
9:47 pm: It's time for me to go back to my boat which at night is so way cooler that I can't wait to see the beautiful view & skyline that is deadly (but because of the number of people on it which is higher than most nights & because of a fight that breaks out so because of this obsurdity I don't move from my seat as I will soon find out). But this time, it'll be chillier, I'll read my book & radio(to no avail), I will drink my water (not a drop, since I'm writing this or typing it whatever you call it now!)& if I could, see if I wave hi to my 'friends' on the other side of the ocean going where I just came from (unlike the ones before I don't have or will ever get a cell phone!-but hey -not even close!) . It may be packed even though it's Sunday (unusually packed late as it is, usually being more empty on nights like this, I find out later with more loons & little maggots), as my best friend in the world walks me to the bus, (which I later find out, isn't so hellish this time but does include the loon from hell drinking & yelling at the top of his lungs because he can) this time my night boat ride becomes a bit hellish as I will soon find out but doesn't kill my mood for the day. My bus comes to take me to the hellish boat ride I'm about to encounter, I get on & think for only 1 second if I'm ever going to see my best friend again (I will at the hospital later in the week) she hugs me, I tell her its gonna be ok. I get in the bus.
I wave.

MOMMY DEAREST SONGS!

Yeah.Happy Mamma's day...& happy birthday to me! Yes, it's just my luck that Mother's day would happen to fall after my birthday so that I'd have to think about something else other than myself on my birthday. But that's cool, because since last year, as some of you may have read, my mom has made up for her indiscretions. Like thinking Roger Waters was Richard Gere, [I'm beginning to think he deserves that since he's been losing it as of late by living in NY & wanting us not to vote for the lady when he's not even an American & not only breaking on ELP but losing his pig once again, I wonder if he Beet it?? [a little inside joke..], thinking Motley Crue hired an old lady to sing for them [although she was on that!].....whatever else she's done, like torturing me watching American Idol faithfully, which is quite sickening. She has since made up for it by just a few little things.

So as I decide to take my mom out to see an amazing Latin artist named Albita once again for her special day, I realized she is walking around singing Hush. ??????? Then I realize this song happens to be in a horrid commercial that has been taking our great classic songs & just destroying them. Of course, she has no idea she's singing the oldest Deep Purple song in the world, so I don't even think to shatter her happiness & don't even have the heart to tell her that the guy who is singing that particular version has disappeared off the face of this planet & doesn't sing the song anymore & that the guy who sings it now I happened to have hung out with before my birthday last year. So she'll never listen to Deep Purple as I don't even listen to them either [except for Highway Star, the video version not the record, nothing will ever come close to that] but it was good to hear that coming out of her no matter how insignificant it was. I remember my sister taking her to see Elton John & I had no idea how she'd get thru that. Not only did she love it & she knew every song but she happened to fall in love with 'this giant cute blond thing that was playing guitar with him' . WHAT?? You mean Davey Johnstone? Serious?? WOW! Impressive! My mom occasionally despite her love of spanish, giant young men will ocassionally dig a real man every once on a while [well what I call a real man!] & Davey comes pretty close, mind you she was far away. Besides I know of no other cute blond things that play guitar with Elton. Like when she thought that this other blond cute thing was singing great in this crazy show. It turned out to be Sebastian Bach, which I straightened her out about really quick. All because he was dressed up. Clothes do not make a man. [Only sometimes]. This from the woman who's favorite Chuck Berry song of all time is only 'My Ding-A-Ling'!

So she's watching TV & as I always do I try to find her something better than what she's watching [like American Idol-ugh!]. I put VH1 Classic & wow something cool, they're playing Welcome To The Machine, so she's into it & suddenly........... 'I know that song'. No you don't! 'Yes I know it', well maybe you do, that's the WALL band! [the WALL band being Pink Floyd of course....because no matter what we all loved the Wall song 'We Don't Need No Education'....because mom thought that he said 'no dark orgasm in the classroom'!], I've heard that before, in fact I heard it this week. Hello?? What were you listening to that anyone is going to play Welcome To The Machine. Maybe she passed by the Wall movie which had been on 18, 000 times that week, she heard that 'sound'...maybe she actually put it on my radio &heard it. No she swears she heard that voice! It's Roger, not Richard Gere!!! Turns out she did it again......but this time correctly. I got it, it's in that movie! The Wall right? Nope. The Minzy movie. The WHAT?? Minzy. Turns out what she's talking about is the movie the Last Nimzy which she's been watching religiously & that just happens to have a song by Richard Gere...dammit...I mean Roger Waters....called Hello I Love You which ends the movie & sounds like Welcome To The Machine. Now in no uncertain terms in my house this is amazingly cool. 'I knew I KNEW THAT SONG'!! It's not the same song but it's that 'sound!' Now that's cool! Since Roger has gone insane lately what with losing his pig & just trashing Keith Emerson [although that wasn't his fault] & going so far as to grow a beard which was a BIG MISTAKE!! He has been redeemed in my eyes, thru my mom. As I was about to lose all my faith in the great Pink Floyd master. My mom has shown me the way! So because of my momma's love of your song & movie I shall not abandon you Roger, now all you need to do is shave the damn beard & go back to looking like Richard Gere & be quiet!

My sis decides to take my mom to the WAX Museum...ugh..& she has a ball. Loving all the famous waxos [wackos] & having a blast. She'd rather hang out with figurines that look like they have 2nd degree burns & she has a blast. So that was cool. My mom had the best Mother's Day & I had the best birthday ever!! So we both scored pretty good! Let's hope it's good, if not better next year.

Happy Mother's Day all!!! Luv, Rozzieeeeeeeeee

MACYS-WHO GOES THERE? DOUBLE THE BLEECH!!! FOOL!

I missed last month. Was very busy & distracted in the most amazing way. Meaning I owe you a 'Double Bleech'!!! As I missed the ultimate Women's History Month, I cannot help but notice all the women who have made us look bad this year. Maybe this is why the celebration is only one month. I hope this will improve while i point out the huge mistakes these so called women have made!

1st of all the fact that Easter was last month & not after Passover or out the way it should be is just sick. This is what messing with our time change is doing! I don't even know if it's Daylight Savings time anymore because of this crap. To my dismay I didn't get my share of candy corn to drown in. [Oh well, maybe next yea
r!] But maybe this is why these women are just not giving us what they're supposed to. Once again, I DON'T TALK POLITICS! BUT! We're on our way to possibly having the 1st Woman President ever & everybody is blowing it for her. Even maybe her. I would like to see this happen, alot don't. Because of her man? Because of her views? Or because she's a chick? What do YOU think?? There has never or will there ever be any kind of candidacy like this. it wll be a miracle if it is. But if it turns out the way it seems to be going, than it will all have been for nothing. So maybe we can get with it & give this woman a chance to show what she has & not her man or what he did & the idiots who may have ruined this for her.

Take Spritzer's little chick. Who now! Just because she gave him a good old time for a hell of alot of dough, is on her way to becoming the exact version of what that 'profession' is supposed to mean. Now everyone is after her, maybe even Spritzer wants her back [on her back....]& hopefully he will & get her out of our sight, where she belongs. But will that happen?? NOOOOOOOOOO!! THE WHORRRRRRRORERRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those Spicy chicks got back together to lipsync for 2 seconds & nobody saw it or noticed so who cares
& why?????
I think you may know the rest of these dumb...I don't know what to call them because they're certainly not women or ladys. The last one on the list is the only undeserving non-talent who actually got inducted into the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame. I don't care what the little dork said in his induction speech about the ones who didn't believe in her. After 25 years I'm still waiting for her to do a RECORD!!! Something decent-anything that didn't sound the same as everything she has ever done. The only thing that changed about her in her 25 year career is her hair color. Yet she's still blonde! SO THIS IS DESERVING OF AN AWARD? THAT HAS YET
TO BE GIVEN TO: HEART, THE RUNAWAYS, ISIS, BIRTHA, GOLDIE & THE GINGERBREADS, SHE, THE SHAGGS, WANDA JACKSON, LINDA RONSTADT, SISTER ROSETTA THARPE, DOLLY PARTON........DO I HAVE TO GO ON?????
Ladys who actually play instruments. In her speech she actually had the gaul to say that she was a drummer, at which point I could see Sandy West & Karen Carpenter rolling in their graves [& something worse-Don Henley smiling somewhere! ugh! you bum!]. 25 years of making the same damn record with machines & maybe a few real instruments & it gets an achievement award, which is what it is supposed to be. We know by now the
meaning of which has been lost on the idiot Rolling Stone voters of this particular award. A supposed rock magazine that has only 2 pages left to it & somebody is still reading this crap! So who is going to get in next year? I don't know if I even want to know. But as always, somehow somewhere, someway...there is hope..............

Now a salute, a tribute, an honorable mention to the real ladys who this year will save our history!:
1. BONNIE TYLER: Finally will return to America after 20 years to tour & show these horrendous
American Idle girls how to really sing!!!
2. LITA FORD: The Queen of metal is poising to return to the road after siring 2 boys! Which is probably the most insane concept ever concocted for those who do not know the Lita of yesteryear. Yet we know she will not disappoint!
3. BLONDIE: After having the nerve to call her last tour 'the Farewell tour', that they would never play again, something that seems to be on fashion now! Debbie Harry & her boys are touring for an album they released 30 years ago. The Parallel Lines 30th Anniversary Tour. Crazy! & that's what we need. Let's hope they actually feel like playing the entire album unlike the pieces of what Heart did to
Dreamboat Annie.
4. the DIXIE CHICKS: Have done a duet with Neil Diamond! What else is there to say??????????
5. SHELBY LYNNE: Her tribute to Dusty Springfield is nothing short of brilliant!
6. WOMEN'S MURDER CLUB: This amazing new TV show is finally returning after that dumb strike!

Pt. 2: MACYS WHY???

I still want Easter & I will have it. On April 20th, the day it should always be! And here's my Easter Happy Bunny! Aww, so it's not so cute. I think it is. I recently got a gift certificate to the legendary Macys, which I thought was pretty cool. I haven't used it yet. Then I realized what could I possibly want there? So i went to look. I also realized I had not been there in quite sometime. Actually perhaps not at all. So I was quite shocked to find out what I wanted to find I couldn't find, in a place I'm supposed to find everything.

Spontaneous-ism should be the most adventurous thing in the world. When you do something without thought but is quite fulfilling. I have very eclectic tastes when it comes to shopping. Something I rarely do only for music. Clothes are a whole other story. Shoes as well. I can admit & proudly I wear things till they wear out, not till their name falls off or only wear it once & throw it away, which I'll never understand. But then again I absolutely do not wear anything with anyone's name on it unless it's a band. Or get a shoe that has a heel on it the size of a toothpick. I need a little more action. So I decided with this little certificate to buy me a little dress. Simple right? Apparently for some this is hard, for me this has never been hard. EVER! Only till I went to MACYS.

Either I haven't stepped foot in there in a long time or I had an aneurysm in discovering how women's taste in clothing has changed. I swore this was my belated April Fool's joke. I was floored. Not only at how, not even hideous some of these colors & looks were, with the remedial brand name plastered all over the dress, ruining whatever look it was supposed to achieve, the effect which even made the poor mannequin sorry it was wearing the thing for dear life. Not only at how many hundreds of women were there shopping & actually admiring these strange prints. Not only how hugely filled the entire place was of all these insane looking clothes, but the fact. The mere fact!! That I don't think I understood any of these dresses at all. I never thought I would need a instructions, a manual, let alone a dictionary that explained to me how & why these dresses were 1: looked that way 2. somehow were going to make me look good & 3. how much I'd actually have to mortgage to try to take these anvils home. I did not find 'the look' I wanted, which at one time was simple: 'Simple': the one dress i saw looked like a blanket. Weird, which is always cool but 'Weird': was unexplainable in another case where it was just ugly; which made me think of a great quote from the Great Muppet Caper in which fashion designer Lady Holiday is appalled at her own creations at one point stating "too many frills we're not striving for the fan-tail pigeon look". Strange usually does the trick but 'Strange' : came in about more colors than I think i have ever seen in a dress, only one! I guess it just couldn't decide which one. Maybe my fashionista skills are in need of some slut tooling but I seriously doubt it. I think I have a great style and just not where that is 'at'.

I was quite frightened. I spent almost 3 hours in a store which has everything that is nothing. Or once was. That was disappointing. But I still have my little gift & I will use it. At one point the shoes scared me [& what's with...you call that jewelry??? what are you on???]. So yes I will go back, but not without protection for fear that one of the dresses may eat me alive.

HAPPY EASTER.........BUNNY......

LUV, LUV, LUV THE HATE.....

So V-day has come & gone already?? Amazing. What did you do on that most holy day? I have been entertaining thoughts of the utmost importance. All I have seen is utter lack of respect in the media. As if we don't know that. Then I wondered how this all started. And I thought maybe Happy Bunny here has the right thought. All in al I can honestly say this is a real bleecch.....

In my book, class works! But classy & fancy are 2 different things... there are things in this world that shouldn't be forgotten & things that I've missed. Still, things seem to be getting out of hand. As I glow in delight & point out anyone's idiocies, it is left to ponder why these inconsistencies are so constant.

It's not rock'n'roll to me. The Grammys were on. Yes I knew someone other than Kane W & Amy would get it. I was shooting for Vince Gill, especially after he let Kane have it in his acceptance of the Country Album award. It was the greatest moment of the night. Beside the fact that Herbie won Album of the Year. So why is this so shocking to everyone?? I wasn't shocked. Were you shocked? They gave the award to someone with talent. [Wow, how shocking]. The nominees were an absolute desert of crap that you could not help but beg for the water that was Herbie. If Herbie or Vince weren't there I certainly would've preferred to die of thirst, anything other than the useless sand that was left. Then the Grammy voters as of late have chosen a slightly different method to their voting system. Yet they still have managed to come through when it counts every time. As long as I can remember watching this show, I've known exactly how they work. When Michael Greene call it quits as their long time producer, I knew it would go haywire. And it did. Despite the changes it still manages to make for some amazing entertainment even though this had to be the all time worst. 50 Years of awards for EXCELLENCE!!! This used to be the case but since it's actually been about sales to a certain extent. That they've managed to forget sometimes, especially with those horrendous collaborations.

NO CLASS!!! I bet poor Frank Sinatra had to have been turning over in his grave after being forced to destroy one of his songs with Alicia Keys. When he was ALIVE they cut his acceptance speech when presented with his own Lifetime Award, now they decide to screw him again when he's dead!???????? ????????????????? THAT'S JUST WRONG! Tina Turner having to show Bouncey a thing or to was fine but shouldn't have been allowed. Even the misguided Time reuniting with the boring Rhianna [What is with that name? You are not nor will ever aspire to be a welsh witch, honey!] must've just been heartbreaking for the musicians in that band. But they'll never admit that will they? 50 YEARS! I think it would have been a blast had they decided to get ALL the Best New Artist winners from all 50 years in one room, if one could still find them. That would've taught them a thing or to. All the things they could've done.... to show just how inconsistent they've been over the years. For Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody to have lost to Chicago's [nothing against Chicago- they will always be fantastic] If You Leave Me Now. For Christopher Cross [he's cool too..] to have won Album of the Year over The Wall by Pink Floyd. NO! Giving a billion Grammys in one night to the fantastic Santana for the worst album he ever did in his life!
RUSH LOST INSTRUMENTAL TO BRUCE STRINGBEAN???? It's like the PMRC when they wanted decided to put a lyric warning label on Frank Zappa's amazing Jazz Fr
om Hell album. Smart Tipper, when the album was all INSTRUMENTALS!! Although he did get that Instrumental award! Smart.

I said before & I'll say it again. I used to watch the Grammys to watch all the ones I love win, now I watch it to see all the ones I despise lose!!! It's still a most perfect show because of this otherwise. But 50 Years!! I would've liked to have seen Neil Diamond & Barbra Streisand back for that! One more thing! You guys really have to quit the Rock Solo combo already, this isn't a Happy Meal, it's not even Supersized! It's insulting to all rock women everywhere, we will stage a serious protest if you don't get up off your butts & listen to the records that did come out for that Rock Female Category! You voters need to be plummeted into space! [Insert pow here!-my tribute to a darling writer friend....RR-see if I get any letters...I hope..]

I only have one thing to say about the contro-perversey that is the American Idle past careers[hahahaha] of current contestants. If they wish to have a second chance at sucking that is fine with me!!!
Its not bad enough that one person bought the record before, now they want to go through that again? More power to them. I can't wait for the outcome. Maybe the same person who bought the record before will buy it again, if they're still on this planet & haven't been shamed for life for buying it in the first place.

JAN JAN JAN.........

So what's up kiddies??? We made it through another year without any problems, or did we??? SO what shall we talk about in our bleech today? I'm surprised I'm still here & still surprised anyone wants to read this but I have a few fans whom I love so this is for them. I have a few things that are gripping at my guts & the year has hardly started.... where shall we begin??? 1st of all. I need a new mascot & I have not found one. But apparently Happy Bunny has a mean puppy whom I do not like so it won't be him. But I think I could still use Happy since it was such a hit before & there's a few I haven't used yet so I think I'll stick with him.

OK !3 things. 1st of all. This has been bugging me for a bit. This writer's strike apparently going to disrupt the Grammys?? Why?? Why have we ever or still need any actors invading our music space? This has been a problem for years. Now that we've finally gotten rid of them they still want to appear. While I know these will be the worst Grammys in the history of Time, I still don't get why actors or writers need to be involved. So hopefully they'll stay away & we could have a semi-normal musical Grammy show the way it should be. So we'll see what happens. Anyway, I'm of course hoping for miss rehab chick to lose everything because I cannot believe that 'it' seems to be the only good record that came out last year by their standards. SICK!! We'll see. Bunch'a loons.

2-Apparently we have another big tour for our boys again. Now I could go on & explain why this shouldn't happen but that would be wrong but I'm going to explain actually why I think it should happen [It's going to happen anyway...so why not?] Now Def Leppard is a great band. We love them we miss them they rock, they're cool, they're actually still kinda cute [was there ever a question??] & they're BABIES!!!!! Yes, apparently they've all maybe have just about hit 40 or older but in my giant boat, yes they are still children. Kiddies who will have a multitude of big boys opening for THEM!!! Now does that make sense?? You decide! Now I believe I talked about this in my bleech last year but this time it's gone a bit too far. Mainly because their line-up last year was a bit unbelieveable, but this time it's a little more insane. The point being that they should be playing with other kids, other bad horrible bands who really suck like the Killers or Avenge Centerfold or whoever thinks they're the next big thing out there because they're NOT!! These puny bands had a chance to play with the Lepps because they would have tried to go up there & blown them away & when DF finally hit the stage & wasted them, those bands could go home & cry & wonder why they suck like they should've. BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

REO Speedwagon & Styx are going. But taking over for Journey [because Neal [dorkhead] Schon can't decide what a lead singer is to save his freakin' life...] is the Lepps & it's not a fun switcheroo thing like it was either. You know one band will open one note the other will end it & every nite it'll change cooly! NO!! Unfortunately this will not be pretty. Especially since Def Leppard's new record is actually going to be ok & REO Speedwagon's new album is really damn good & some others can't be bothered to write a new record because they are to lazy to do so [especially after their last attempt bit!...but we won't talk about that]so this little line-up just might be a tad dangerous. What is the danger?? I'm actually looking foward to this. I want to see this. NO matter what tour packages, bands, festivals, etc.... anyone puts together it is a challenge. A challenge of the most deadly, its fun for them, but for us & no one will admit this, we want to see who will survive the beating. It's like the time Yes put almost everybody & their mother who was ever in that band [with the exception of 4] on one stage. You had the Howe nuts on one side, the Rabin nuts on the other, the Wakeman loons battling one way & the Kaye loons on another....then the almighty battle of the White/Bruford maniacs & the ultra stupidity of the most ridiculously named fight of all: the Fragile/90125 bands ! ??[?? WHAT??!! I wanted to kill the idiot who came up with that one!!! ]. Jon Anderson refereeing & Chris Squire not giving a crap whatsoever, when he turned out to be the winner!! OVERALL!! How sick is that??? AAhhh the good 'ole days, no one battles like that anymore or do they???.....so we'll see what happens here, as always my bucks are on REO!!! This would not have been the case in 1984.

3- It has come to my attention that the new fangled bad lame-o gig has arisen. The bad gig of yesteryear was the Casino. This is not the case anymore. In the olden days [??] if you played a casino you were either a has-been, washed-up & no one ever would ever hear from you again. Las Vegas & Atlantic City weren't cool places to hang, they were places to gamble, dangerous places one would not step foot in if you had any sense. Now they're actually very cool places to hang & see a show & gamble & do all kinds of stuff. Like vacation................????????? Weird. Anyway. AC & Vegas are cool places now & if you're a band there's not a bad stigma anymore if you suddenly play those places anymore. [Also-since there's a whole lotta moolah around there, they could actually afford to play the ridiculous concert prices that exist now.] Now the new ultimate 'you suck & nobody cares about you anymore' gig is da da da da.... the dreaded ICE SHOW!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

yes, the Ice show. Skaters dancing, oh no-rather skating to your music while your band or excuse me-while you lipsync to your songs on the side of the stage....in other words, there's no way in hell that the audience is there to see you, but to see the Skaters. Yes, they are talented sportspersons & what not. But wow, when did this get so bad??? While most concerts all over the world are played in skating rinks or arenas, the separation has always been constant, until now. Case in point: A bunch of skaters, famous ones have been putting on shows for, I don't know charity [I hope], glory, to compete in the Olympics, to practice?? Filming these & showing them on TV which is fine, but they have their hours.... a whole hour dedicated to the music of Seal!! ?? No they're not skating to his records which would make more sense. But Seal was actually there singing to his songs while these skaters were there 'dancing'. I didn't see a band, but it was heartbreaking. Seal was kind of cool once. Now?? A Sk8 r boy?? EEEEEEEWWWWWWWWW... I cannot believe I just wrote this on my bleech BLEEECCCHHHH!!!!
This has to be stopped. This cannot go on. We have to save Seal & any others from participating in this gut-renching activity. It just doesn't rock! The only time this worked out was in the movie Flashdance, when the skater girl [RIP-yes she passed on..] in the movie did her dance to Gloria by Laura Branigan even though she kept falling on her ass & Miss Branigan was not there [RIP! same here] it was a brilliant scene of music & skating. Its not the greatest movie ever but it will always be one of my favorite movie scenes of all time. It was filmed beautifully. Yet this is not the movies, this is real life!! STOP IT OR YOU WILL BE DESTROYED!!!!
NO MORE BAD ICE SHOWS!!! ROCKERS STAY AWAY FROM THE ICE SHOW OR YOU WILL KNOW YOUR FATE & BELIEVE ME SO WILL WE!!!!!!!!
BRANIGAN LAURA lyrics

Well ,that's my Jan rant, I can't believe it's almost gone already. untill next time kids..... chow....

I MADE IT-HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Happy new year,kiddies.....I can't believe I made it, let alone us. I wanted to write such a big end bleech...BUT with all that's happened it's been so insane I forgot everything.

But I think I can come up with a few things, starting with the best DVDs of the year. Apparently that seems to be the list now. I haven't done one since VHS, but I'm not that old, or am I?????????????

There were a lot of cool shows this year & I'll do that as well. I did manage to go to a few this year as well so I'll end with that. ny record list?? It's on my myspace [which is rather disturbing....]. But they were worth it. Otherwise it was a most incredibly sucky year for music, more so than ever & once again I was hard-pressed to even find a few good records let alone 10, but some very cool bands still exist & they still managed to put out a few good things.

But that's too pretty. So of course I have to start out with the dumbest things that happened this year list!! Now that's more like it. I think I'll call it IDIOT OF THE YEAR!! Let's face it folks, there were a lotta idiots this year & we know who they are, but even more so than 'them' there were MORE others!! HA!! So they'll be who I will mention here, because only cool idiots get to be mentioned in my bleech!! So HAPPY BUNNY's here & here we go!!!!!

IDIOT OF THE YEAR AWARDS!!! [I can't even figure out the order!]

1. NEAL SCHON-JOURNEY: Apparently this guy cannot get the message! Either make Jonathan Cain the lead singer of Journey or quit it!! There no one else we want to hear sing Journey songs but STEVE PERRY!! OK!!! But noooooooooooooo!!! He has to go find another loon to take over because he doesn't want to make another solo album [thank GOD!] but I think some people would get it if he did one, especially if he didn't sing. But MERCY!!! how many loons are you going to fire & get to sing?? SICK!! What else can I say. I take it back this is NO.1 !!!!!

2. Pete Dorothy [????]] First of all, who is this guy??? What band does he sing for & why is he famous??? Well, he's apparenly famous for constanly getting busted for drugs. Fine! And not only dating the queen of drugs also. But I guess that's how you get famous now isn't it. I don't know I don't get it, I probably do know his name, but the fact that I even mentioned the idiot, he should be so lucky. So whoever tells me that they like his songs or his band I will be very shocked if he could even sing with all the drugs he takes.

[this is actually starting out to be in perfect order....]

3. AMY WINEHOUSE!!! Oh mercy...what can I say...This is so pathetic!!! Who is buying this crap??? & why is she getting 18 Grammy Nominations for being an addict???? You know there are addicts out there who get clean make a life for themselves & actually do want to live, I don't care how old they are, now THEY deserve awards, not this thing!! I happened to try to sit thru some insane concert she gave on MTV, which was so hilarious I couldn't believe it. That poor band. I felt so sorry for them having to try to play something behind this. But I guess anyone will take a gig also huh?? Yes, I have some morals, or none at all, I keep mixing them up.... I don't know. I can take new artists if they're talented. I don't see it there. So please don't even try to explain this.

4. LILY ALLEN: Another one, but for different reasons. Oh she wants to quit music. Good! Put us out of our misery! You have contributed nothing! We don't need any more whining singers who don't like the business. We had Alanis we don't need anymore.

5. LARRY KING: HOW DOES THIS GUY HAVE A TALK SHOW WHEN HE DOESN'T LET ANYONE SPEAK????? UGH!!!

6. THE HOLLYWOOD WRITERS: OK, I'm not actually calling them idiots for striking. But I am thanking them for doing so, because I wouldn't even want to be working for nothing trying to write anything for these horrendous TV shows that are on now!! So maybe they'll put us out of all our miseries & someone will put some decent TV shows back on the air because nobody cares! I only care about David Letterman & he's coming back so that's fine!

7. TO ALL THE KIDS, who actually bought Britney's new record.... ARE YOU INSANE??? I hope you'll grow out of this!!!

8. KID ROCK & TOMMY LEE: Even though it was the greatest fight of the year, we're still not quite sure who won, my money's on Kid.

9. NEXT GREAT AMERICAN BAND: Wow, I don't know what to say. They wanted votes for a BAND!!! Yet they give it to a bunch of acoustic pretty boys. Not a band at all. SICK!! I would've rather seen the Stupidnova look-a-like win. Honorable mention: Goo Goo voter, the Paula of the show. The worst choice ever for a panelist. Sik!!

10. 50 cent & Kayne West: Too bad their fight didn't generate the result they promised.....to quit the business...now more of their whining when they lose awards...

HONORABLE MENTION: PAUL MCCARTNEY:
NOT because he's finally getting divorced,
NOT because he just released the dumbest dvd of his life, instead of releasing ALL of the fantastic ROCKSHOW, he only places a quarter of it in this thing,
NOT because he's messin' all over the place, which is fine,
BUT BECAUSE HE'S DATING ROSANNA !!!!! TOTO's ROSANNA???????
PETER GABRIEL's ROSANNA????
Doesn't he get it by now??????

OK, I'M DONE-NOW FOR THE FUNSTUFF...
TOP 10 CONCERTS:
1. WNTDTYR-CASINO RAMA
2.
POLICE/FICTION PLANE-MSG [even though Sting's vocal was way louder than the band, it still was amazing & his kid kicked his ass!!]

4. STEVE MILLER/DOOBIES-JONES BEACH
5. DENNIS DEYOUNG-BB KINGS
6. JOAN JETT-HUDSON RIVER PIER
7. AIR SUPPLY/JOHN WAITE-WESTBURY [John was extremely vicious!!!]

I'll put a few, see if you dig 'em.....

5. ARNOLD LAYNE-RICK WRIGHT [he still sounds so cute.!!]

4. WHO KILLED R'N'R-RICK SPRINGFIELD [I don't care what anyone says, lately this man can do NO wrong, brilliant!]

3. IMMIGRANT SONG-ANN WILSON [apparently her weird version of this song worked!]

2. SAY IT'S NOT TRUE-QUEEN [they're back, there's nothing else to say!]

1. FREE CREDIT REPORT.COM ???-THE BEST SONG EVER!!!

THANKSGIVING THANKS U FOR SUCKING, U SUK!!!!

Outrageous!!!! I don't believe I've missed anything since I've been gone. Alot of sick things have happened. They are noteworthy. For those who don't know, I got a taste of the machine....but I have been saved......just in time for Turkey day. For that I shall dedicate this latest bleech to all the turkeys out there who've made this year what it is today.
So HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! I have lots to be thankful for more so than usual, besides the usual family & friends & I would like to list them all. For those who know me, you'll know what it's about.....Feel free to join in...if I forgot anything.....

1. THANK YOU.....to Jimmy Page! For breaking his little finger before another massively hyped Zep reunion broke down on its own & no one needs to see. Proving once again that another show they put on will suck.

2. THANK YOU.....to Alex Van Halen! For proving to me he's one of the worst drummers of all time & not playing the intro to ">Hot For Teacher correctly!!! HA HA HA!!! & kudos to his brother for just being the insane lunatic we all knew he was. [even more shocking were the keys being lowered, ugh...]

3. THANK YOU.....to all the drinking & driving famous jailbirds for completely losing their minds proving they were the worthless, talentless & useless sluts they've always been. U NO HOO U R!!!

4. THANK YOU....to the bEAGLES for kicking everybody's ass the 1st week their record came out. With of all things, a chain store!! How anyone still loves them is beyond me [although they are still very good looking]but for 700,000 people to buy that in one shot? That's amazing. Also to DON FELDER for putting out his book at the same time about what a bunch of idiots they were for kicking him out....

5. THANK YOU.....to the CMA awards & for not asking Robert Plant to appear with Allison Krauss even though they have a great No.1 record together....
......unlike the VH1 Rock Honors
for having Redneck Woman Gretchen Wilson blow away Heart with her dead on version of ">Barracuda [which was actually cool].....& actually giving an award to ZZ Top [which wasn't!]. For what almost surely would've been the end of rock'n'roll.

6. THANK YOU.... to Sheila E, despite being on another awful talentless show, she had the good sense to tell one Stupidnova look-a-like band what was really important in their band-">their bassist & guitarist-THE GIRLS!!!!!

7. THANK YOU.....TO VH1 Classic
-continuing their reign of terror sinking by promoting utter fake bands!! AM I the only one whose had enough & is extremely tired of this????? 1st Platinum Weird, now Rock BandBand??? Have we turned into gerbils people???? Like the Gorillaz weren't bad enough. Now this stupidity....the game may be ok but mercy....STOP!!! One more fake band & I will be forced to sue you & set a precedent for just being completely sick!!

8. THANK YOU....to GOO GOO Doll dork whatever his name is...for being about as useless a judge on Next American Band as Paula is on Idol crap. These 2 voting on shows about singers & musicians is like asking one of these boozing driving worthless whores to pilot the Space Shuttle.

9. THANK YOU.....TO QUEEN,for finally putting out a decent version of the most insane show they've ever done in Montreal. When this 1st came out on VHS & the 1st version of the DVD, it looked like the darkest show, the most boring audience & boring place to film a show. It also looked like they were lip-synching. Of course this wasn't ">Queen's fault. They could play on a table & still be amazing. Apparently the director didn't know who or what the hell he was filming. But all the flaws have been fixed with the exception of one. Brilliant!

10. THANK YOU .....for 7-7-7 for telling me just how old I am......

11. THANK YOU.....To our STYXFEST friends in crazy CANADA.....for making my our Styx ">WNTDTYR band seem like the real thing, which we certainly were...what a blast......

12. THANK YOU....TO GRAHAM RUSSELL....for finally putting out his wild solo album & telling everyone just how crazy he is...& his AIR SUPPLY boys for giving me one hell of a year & finally doing at least a quarter of my all time favorite song Young Love......

13. THANK YOU......to DAVID LEE ROTH for holding his head high even though he got screwed out of his Rn'RHoF award &having to go back to VH. Even though he didn't deserve it.

14. THANK YOU .....to Miss Jenny & 3 Card Monte for bringing me back into the fold....awesome....

15. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU..
....FINALLY....
TO MY QRT LADYS FOR PROVING TO ME WHAT I ALWAYS KNEW -
THAT WE ARE THE BEST BAND IN THE WORLD!!!!

With that said, Happy Bunny & I wish you all a great turkey day!!
luv, ROZZIE.............

HALLOWEENIE TIME AGAIN????

Well, here's Happy Bunny helping me to bring you a special greeting for Halloweenie this double-0 seven!
There's a lotta stupidity going on in the music world & it's all about dumb guys. But hey, there are a few dumb girls out there too. I think we all know who they are & they're the last thing I'm going to talk about on this very cool bleecch. But at least someone's on my side. Like my very special bud in Canada Miss Angell!! Probably the coolest blogger in the Northern land. Thanks for the support Miss Angell, you rule my world.

But what must we talk about this very special sacred Halloweenie time??? What's the scariest thing to talk about this most cooliest of moments?? That dumb new Next American Band show? Which is just sickening! These solo albums by dorks who I thought were solo in the first place but it turns out they actually have bands even though they still suck solo????? Ugh no too scary! The fact that Kane East is outsellling a Quarter or how ever much he's not worth. Let's hope they both quit for all our sakes!!! Or the fact that Jello is still trying to sing & now touring & not feeding her poor husband??? SICK!! That it's bad enough they're destroying Yankee Stadium but now Madison Square Garden??? I don't know, how about Murder??? EEWW!! Don't freak? I've been watching this completely awesome new show called Women's Murder Club on the tele & I don't know why but it's very cool. With the exception of one bad actor [the lead's ex & boss in the show -ugh!! yuk!! AAHH!! bleecch!!]it rocks. I haven't seen TV since they canceled Remington Steele. But occasionally something cool will appear every 10 years [like Blind Justice, which was really cool & I miss!]. But of course that got me to thinking what is only on my head!!! MURDER!!! SONGS!!! SPOOK TIME!! LET"S ROCK!!

What are the coolest Halloweenie songs about murder & witches & cool stuff like that??? No not Welcome To My Nightmare by Alice, even though he is the MAN!! I have a few others in mine for this very HALLOWEENIE WEEK which unfortunately I have to miss. But I'll be listening....

1. VICTOR-BLONDIE -This has to be without a doubt one of the greatest if not the best spookiest song EVER!! Just hearing Debbie scream over & over & over is nothing short of brilliant!!

2. DON"T LEAVE ME NOW-PINK FLOYD
- If the line 'I need you to beat to a pulp on a Saturday night' doesn't scare you then you have no feelings!!

3. RHIANNON -STEVIE NICKS - Queen witch!

4. RAGE-HEART
-Gotta hand it to Heart, they do write lots of spooky songs. This is one of their angriest.
Nothing is better than hearing Ann Wilson screaming 'RAGE!'.

5.NIGHT MOVES- MARILYN MARTIN
-If no one remembers this song they may remember the videos which was almost as scary as the song. In the video she plays a murderess who not only kills her prey [lots of dudes] but hangs them all & saves them in a warehouse in the scariest most incredible ending ever in a video.

6. AND WHEN I DIE-Blood Sweat & Tears -I don't know how they came up with this version of this song but it rocks. Laura Nyro wrote this about death but they somehow made it fun.

7.WHERE THE WILD ROSES GROW-NICK CAVE & KYLIE
-Yes, THAT Kylie. But she isn't whining on this particular song as she's about to be murdered by the guy singing with her who loves writing songs about death. Beyond creepy!

8.THE RIPPER-LITA FORD -A very scary fantastic song which was so weird she didn't even sing it live. She played the entire song live as an instrumental & it just featured her amazing lead.

9. THE VICTIM-PAT BENATAR
-She doesn't even know how great this song is. Just a poor girl doing everything wrong. BRILLIANT & LOUD!!

10. HYPNOTIZED-FLEETWOOD MAC -Nobody does spook better than Fleetwood Mac & even before Stevie they had someone way scarier looking in Bob Welch. But he managed to be brilliant in the amazing stuff he wrote for them even though he was forgotten at the R'n'R Hall Of Fame.

11. MURDER-DAVID GILMOUR
-He just loves writing songs like this. Starts of slow then MURDERS YOU!!! The sick bastard!!

12. NOW IT"S MY TURN-BERLIN -There's something to be said when the crime of being hurt can go to trial. Incredible.

13. IT'S EVERYTHING BUT PARTYTIME -GO-GO'S
- The most amazing song about everything that could every go wrong in life that's scary. Tremendously spooky.

14. GYPSIES, TRAMPS & THIEVES -CHER -The coolest song about the coolest people on earth.

15. QUEEN BEE- BARBRA STREISAND
-The best song in the world about a spider. [besides Boris -the Who]

16. SPIDER WEB -JOAN OSBORNE
-The creepiest song about her dream that Ray Charles got his sight back. Wild.

17. SWEET FIRE OF LOVE -ROBBIE ROBERTSON & U2
-This song is extremely spooky for the fact that Robbie's voice just makes you want to DIE!

18. ROLAND THE HEADLESS THOMPSON GUNNER-WARREN ZEVON -SICK!

19. HELL IS FOR CHILDREN -PAT BENATAR
-There is nothing scarier than Pat yelling 'hell' over & over again!

20.VICTIMS-CULTURE CLUB - This is still one of the saddest songs & the greatest Culture Club song ever!

21. ALL YOU ZOMBIES-HOOTERS -INCREDIBLE!!

22. HELL-SQUIRREL NUT ZIPPERS - I cannot emphasize how vicious this is!

23.MONSTER-FRED SCHNEIDER
-The most hilarious funny spook song ever!

24. I"M SCARED-BRIAN MAY -WOW!! IN this song Brian just loses it as he tells the world he's basically scared of everything! BEYOND GENIUS!!

25.TWILIGHT ZONE-MANHATTAN TRANSFER -A cool scary jazz song. Wild!

THE WORST!!! Do I have to explain why?????:

1.ALL HELL'S BREAKIN' LOOSE-KISS -VERY SCARY!

2.THE END -THE DOORS -GET REAL!

3.BAD MEDICINE-BON DORKFACE-VERY BAD!

4.POISON- ALICE COOPER -Alice you're the master but you blew it with this one.

5.THRILLER -SORRY IT SUCKS, VINCENT PRICE IS ALL THAT MAKES THIS!

6.GHOSTBUSTERS-Ray Parker Jr. -The worst artist in the history of music.

7. Halloween-DAVE Matthews Band -COME ON!

8. Devil's Haircut-Beck -Please!

9. Superstition-Stevie Wonder -Boring, sorry, especially every single version of this song done by every other artist!

HAPPY HALLOWEENIE KIDDIES!
Give me your list.....

SHOULD WRITERS LIE IN SONGS??????

WOW, it's September already....how sick kiddies. It's all going by too fast. But I'm having me a good time. Saw my boys again. Had a blast. I don't think it'll get any better but it just might. Anyway, this got me to thinking something quite strange. I've heard song after song after that are funny, exaggerated & downright insane, songs you probably wouldn't believe. Then of course, there are your truthful songs, songs people believe with all their hearts because maybe the writer said it was a true story. Fine.
BUT!

What IF the song is a lie??? Does this make sense??? Does it matter? I think it does a bit. I have NEVER EVER questioned lyrics ever. One-because I hardly have ever listened to lyrics & sometimes do not realize what I'm singing sometimes & 2-I personally don't care what they're saying, I'm into the musicianship. Of course this is another story. Yet lately there has been this constant search lately for the 'TRUTH' because no one seems to care about anything else. Especially since songs lately have no meaning whatsoever. There's no truth in it because there's no sense in it, no feeling , no meaning. Now folk songwriters have a history of writing nothing but true stories, political or otherwise. Then there's bands that mainly write about sex & just getting laid or whatever, I guess that true to a certain extent. But who knows.. Are love songs all true??? Torn Between Two Lovers? How Much I Feel? . Have you heard this song?? It's by AMBROSIA?? It's one of the greatest songs ever written because it's so SICK!!! He actually says in it at about the 3rd verse or something...apparently talking to his ex, says to her 'I got a wife now & years we've been growing strong, but there's something that I've got to say, sometimes when we make love[meaning him & his new wife] I can still see your face [meaning his ex]' ! WHAT??? That's insane. I wonder if this is true. This song has shocked me for years. I still can't believe it. It's a damn good song though. What constitutes truth in a song? Because it's political or sexy? Is there a song that's unbelievable? Besides the sucky ones that have no meaning. Should all songs be true??? Should they be lies???

Of course, this brings up a million lying songs. A trillion in country music. 'Lies', 'Lie To Me[Jonny Lang]', 'Liar [Queen]', 'Lying To Yourself[Asia]'. I love mythical songs. We know songs are basically 'made up'. Writer is just a fancy word for it. Everyone is making this stuff up, regardless of whether it is true or not. Or whether it happened to them or someone else. I'm extremely curious. I have my faves. What do you think?? Songs that are true are better some may say. But I don't know. Songs that suck
should be lies & probably are. Because they're unbelievable that they can be that bad. Here are some songs I think are complete lies but are great. Unfortunately some are love songs.

1. HOW MUCH I FEEL- AMBROSIA -the most famous song on my list that I still find insane. As I mentioned before. It is unbelievable that a man would talk to his ex & tell her that he still sees her while he's 'with' his new wife. CRAZY!! That boy would get his ass kicked today. I guess they didn't care about that then.

AMBROSIA lyrics

2. KEEP ON LOVING YOU-REO SPEEDWAGON - What man in the world will stay with a woman who constantly messes around??? When that's all MEN DO???!! I think I believe this one, I'm still not sure.

3. JENNIFER/LORELEI-STYX
- The man who wrote these 2 songs swears he only writes love songs for his wife. THAT IS NOT HER NAME!!!!
How is he still alive?

4. SEX [I'm A...]-BERLIN- She's saying she's all these sick things. HE???
'I'm a man, I'm a man, I'm a man'.....Hey dude? Is that all you can say???? I guess so...

5. MAMA-GENESIS- When he says it's 'I won't hurt you mama but it's getting so hard, OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! HA HA ! UGH! Mama don't go'; would you stay????

6. LIZZIE & THE RAIN MAN-TANYA TUCKER- An old country song where the man tries to impress his lady by telling her he could make it rain in the town she lives in...... & he does... wild!! Great drum solo!

7. LACE & LEATHER-GRAHAM RUSSELL- From his new solo album. Only he knows why.

8. SAY YOU LOVE ME- FLEETWOOD MAC- 'And if you use me again it'll be the end of ME'?? Oh come on, no woman in the world thinks like that anymore.

9. The ROCKER-THIN LIZZY- 'I kissed her right there ....& she said I'll do anything for you cause you're a rocker' ???? Yeah, right.
I don't think so.

10. BLUE LIGHT-DAVID GILMOUR- Right before he rips into one of the greatest guitar solos EVER! He has the nerve to actually say 'I don't know if I could get into this funky sort of thing, but sometimes when a new inspiration sparks, I can get down with the best of them'. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

THE WORST LIE SONGS:

1. KISS ME DEADLY-LITA FORD-Probably the worst song she's ever sang, but did not write. Lucky her. After not getting laid & being in a fight, I think that IS a BIG THING, don't you think???

2. ALL I WANT TO DO IS MAKE LOVE TO YOU-HEART- Another horrendous song that completely unbelievable which they did not write either but were forced to sing because Don Henley wouldn't sing it. Like he would sing this crap. Anyway, for some woman to pick up some dude & go to a hotel just to get pregnant is beyond me.

3. Baby I'm-A Want You- BREAD- No I don't want you if you sing this to me.

4. Sexy Back-Justin Timbaland
- Who ever told you that not only you were sexy, that it was somehow gone & also that you needed to bring it back & made you believe it, is a blatant liar!!!!
5. Gimmie More-Britney Shears- Of What?????? Underwear???

There's more but I can't think now. Tell me what you think. I personally don't care if the song is a lie as long as it's good but I wonder if it's hypocritical. Or who cares right? You tell me!

ROZZZZZIEEEEE!!!

YOUNG LOVE...................

Mercy mercy, what can I say. I didn't think this month would come & go but it ain't over yet. WOW, so August turned out not to suck after all. How are you kiddies? I've been a little crazy lately & I have to say I myself am sick about talking about these dumb bands who are just not real lately so I'm not anymore, but I have to say ,a very cool law was just past that seems to be controversial because of course, there are other issues in this world which are more important but I think this is pretty important & I for one am glad it was passed. Tell me what you think. I DO NOT TALK POLITICS ON MY BLOG FOR ANY REASON! Even though it has nothing to do with it. But believe it or not it has to do with what seems to have been my favorite subject lately FAKE BANDS. But this is quite interesting. But its all I'm going to say about it. I just wonder if it will apply to who I think it should & I think y'all know what I mean.

Anyway, I had me one hell of a month & it's not even over yet. Yes, I'm one hell of a drummer, yes I hardly talk about my drumming exploits & my ladys & dude & yes, I have this crazy blogs that I just go on & on about everything else about, but I think maybe it's because no one has really asked me about my drumming. So I just keep it to myself. If you wanna know about my secrets just ask. I may tell you, so who knows. But for now, I have lots of stories. Lots of good ones. I have a really cool one I must say is pretty cool.

First of all I want to say, I love progressive rock & I love country music. I love it all but I certainly have my favorites. When it comes to playing drums but when it comes to listening it doesn't change much but when you have one song you just love & can never get out of your head. You listen to it almost everyday, if not all the time. One song that can just make you so crazy you don't know what else to do when you hear it but dream? When I was little & started playing drums, I remember never wanting to hear any song unless it had lots of drums in it. Then I started to appreciate the music more. What's really funny is there turned out to be certain songs I loved that didn't even have drums in it, which is pretty incredible. But the song in question that I'm speaking of is...... I won't even mention it until I tell the story.

I'm not sure when I first heard this song. It might even have been the video I saw 1st. But all I know is that I went crazy, completely when I heard it. [By the way, I like old videos, better than new dumb fake videos that have all this computer crap in it, ENOUGH!!!] To this day, I melt hear it. I doesn't sound old, it doesn't sound bad, it doesn't sound boring, it's exciting, it's a perfect song. It's a love song. I myself, have never liked love songs myself. But some are very cool of course. I'm not one to listen to lyrics either, I'm am all about the music. I have to admit I don't care what they're saying or who they're saying it to or what they're talking about [this-unfortunately gets me into lots of trouble when I sometimes do not realize what I'm singing sometimes, then I usually go, whoa, did I just say that???] I just don't care, I don't know why. Since I became a drummer, that's all I've ever cared about. How the music is put together, the structure, the count,[not even the count] the notes, every single inch of the sound is so important to me, that yes, I DO NOT realize what they are saying & I'm still finding out. {I'm into instrumentals, which I totally used to hate, I don't know why either, yes, I have a very strange brain but don't we all????????]And it's not a 'it's got a great beat & you could dance to it' thing either....GET REAL!!!!!!

This song has fantastic music, it's quiet, it gets loud, its quiet again then it blows up, its wild. It fades. So I wondered how AMAZING this would sound live, but I found out a while ago, that the band who recorded this particular song, since the song was recorded, had NEVER played this song live. EVER!!! ???????????????
I refused to take this of course & somehow, someway, somewhere in my insane mind. I was determined to somehow try to make them play this song live. For me! If I could. ????????????????????????????

How??????????? I don't know but it happened. Yes, it's Air Supply again. They've always been an amazing live band. They've also been very friendly with their fans that's an amazing thing now when you can't really hang out at shows anymore like you used to [but then there ain't a band out there now left that's even worth wanting to greet for any reason anymore]. I constantly go see them, they're lots of fun live & they kick major ass. They just are. So I would always say hello to them & talk about my song. I'd ask & they'd say 'Oh no one knows it' which is so wrong. Everyone knows it, they just didn't realize it. So I kept reminding them & then last year, said they would rehearse it, which was very exciting but that was last year. Then they told me they were going to do it but not the whole thing. Who cares, I didn't care how, I wanted to hear it. & they did it. At a beautiful indoor/ slightly outdoor church in surprisingly beautiful Ocean Grove, NJ. They did it first at Mohegan Sun last month but I got to finally hear it here.

SUPPLY AIR lyrics

The writer of the song himself doesn't seem to understand why this song is so special to me. I'm still not quite sure myself. All I know is that I hear Graham's voice & I melt. But I practically begged & begged & somehow I got it. But I know there was no other thought in their heads from anyone else about this song. So in a way that is extremely special & I do feel a bit responsible. So I will forever be grateful for that night. All I was really trying to do was get them to let my ladys to play the song for them. Way cool. It's a beautiful song, there's just something about it that makes it incredible. I hope you could find it & listen to it & ' know the way that I feel'................. Thank you Graham again for doing my song..............

1-800-777-SERIOUS?????

WHAT THE HELL IS GOIN' ON???? JULY's almost GONE??? INSANITY!!
OK fine KIDDIES! After a whirlwind June, it turned out to be a whirlwind July somehow but then I knew it. So let's see what happened?? My face got painted up again for some mysterious reason [HA HA HA HA HA !!!], crazy LIVE EARTH happened & it turns out AUSTRALIA kicked everybody's ass. I myself have been guilted [yeah, who cares!] into purchasing Energy Saving Light Bulbs, which happen to be way cool by the way...they turn your room almost into black lighting, check 'em out, you'll actually save moolah, they're awesome. I ran into a very couple of insane ex-es, one who sort of looks like Roger Waters & I'm contemplating whether or not to..... whatever. I checked out the 'Broadway' version of XANADU, which offended me, because I love that movie, just because they were making fun of it, whatever... I got to hang with my boys form AIR SUPPLY again. Yes, I can't get enough of them, they are too cool. And so much so that Mr. Graham just finally may do my song for me....let's see.....I missed ASIA this time 'round which I'm severely pissed about, but at least their still together & I'm completely freaked out that BRIAN MAY is going to get his PH.D finally. Good for him!

So what's been riding my goat lately? [??????????? ewwww I know!} Well, let's see. I'm tired! WHAT HAPPEN TO OUR GREAT BANDS???? Tired of fake bands trying to get away with being who they are & they're not. I can't take it anymore. How is it that no one cares about this? KIDDIES! When you listen to a band... you love the music yes??? Don't you want to hear that sound that way live??? What are you listening to? DO you mind that total strangers are messing up these songs, that have no right to??? These are also so called 'musicians' who are only out to make an extra buck & serious don't give a crap about the music anymore. They all have money, they don't need to do this. I believe one of these bands has had the actual decency to stop for a while because can't find a real singer to save their lives, after dumping 2 - count them 2 horrible ones, when they actually have one in their band already & they're so stupid they can't even see this.

1. I'm speaking of course of JOURNEY. [You didn't think I was gonna mention them huh??? Heh heh!] Then rumour has it they already have gotten someone new to suck for them. Why Jonathan Cain can't be the singer I'll never know. I think people will dig it, but will they figure this out NO!! Of course running this outfit now is none other than Neal 'Dorkhead' Schon, who has forever claimed that this is his 'job' & not something he actually cares about making music anymore. Well. Let's see how long his job lasts.

2. STYX- They're opening for DEF LEPPARD! Need I say more??? An 80s band. I know Styx 'turned' into an 80s band when Mr. Roboto came out but MERCY!!! Their 1st album came out in 1972!! Get Real.

3. THIN LIZZY- What is this about???? The lead singer & the bassist of this band is unfortunately GONE! You do NOT for ANY reason try to get someone to replace that. I cannot figure this out. They claim to have 2 members of the old band. Now let's study this shall we kiddies. The 'ORIGINAL' band was a trio. OK! NONE of who are in this current line-up now. OK. Their later line-up with their guitar duo was more popular, kind of like Styx. FINE! BUT!! NONE of them sang. Scott Gorham I believe is still there, which is great because he's amazing. but that is still insane. Celebrate their music but do NOT call yourselves THIN LIZZY!! This is like everyone is Rush passing & someone who played sax on one of their records long ago taking their name & going out & playing all their songs.

[NO offense to RUSH because you guys rule & we never want to see you go & you guys are kicking everyone's ass right now! I"m just trying to set an example for all the kiddies here who don't know what is going on....]

4. FOREIGNER: WOW, it's actually either Foreigner or Led Zep. Jason Bonham is on drums now, which is fine, he's amazing. BUT, there's 8,000 other guys there & they may make a new record. This is just sickening. Mick Jones is the man, fine, but GET REAL!!

[Note: Notice the pattern Ladys: all dumb guys.....]

5. VH: I don't know what to say about Van Halen. I never was a big fan. I'm a David Lee Roth fan. But sick arguments everywhere have it that their old bassist should come back in place of family member Baby VH. I personally like to keep it in the family. But if the original is the original then they have the right to suck with him again. So I don't know.

I know there's more but I can't think of any.....

5a. GENESIS???????? So what they sold more than they ever did with Peter Gabriel, should that really be an issue?????? Nah, doesn't count, they wouldn't be anything without TONY BANKS. I DARE them to ever try to tour without him!! HA !

5b. ASIA- Before last year Geoff Downes knows why this didn't work. HA!

6. DEEP PURPLE: I can't say anything about them either, because I adore Ian, but apparently some kiddies out there still are extremely pissed that Blackmore isn't there anymore. Steve Morse is the coolest. But their drummer has been there since day 1................................................. I never was into them, but I finally got to hear Jon Lord explain why he was Jon Lord [no matter what you think, it matters kiddies....] & he should be there, but he won't be................

The only way this is working right now is :

1. REO SPEEDWAGON- Since day 1 of all this crap, there's has been no one more perfect in preserving their music more than Kevin Cronin & he's not even an original member. He cares about his band & their new album is very cool.

2. CHICAGO- All this band ever needed was their horns so as long as those boys are still there they still kick it. Their new album is fantastic.

3. BERLIN- There's no one left here except Miss Terri but she cares about her music so much so she actually made them sound harder & it works. Incredible.

4. AIR SUPPLY- The duo of love still reigns, no matter who's behind them. THEY KICK ASS LIVE!!!

5. QUEEN
- I don't care who's singing for the [YES I DO!!!] but as long as ROGER TAYLOR & BRIAN MAY can still play instruments I don't care what they do as long as they keep rockin'! & REMEMBER its not called QUEEN- Its QUEEN + PAUL GOT IT!!! HUGE DIFFERENCE!! SO QUIT KNOCKING IT!!! GET A CLUE!!

6. LYNYRD SKYNYRD- THey kept it in the family, that's all that matters!

7. BLUE OYSTER CULT- No one wants those brothers back in this band more than I do, but BLOOM is still the master & it still rocks!

8. ELO- Somehow, a few years ago, when crazy Jeff Lynne got rid of EVERYBODY in his 2000 piece band [the exception being cutesy Tandy]
he MADE SURE that the new boys he got played everything EXACT!, even adding a few awesome Ladys!!! Now THAT"S precision! This is all documented in ELO's ZOOM DVD!

9. MOODY BLUES
- There are only 3 left but they still got it.

10. STEVE MILLER BAND!!!- STEVE MILLER IS STEVE MILLER !!! DONE!!!

I'm so done......sort of.....

10A. DOOBIE BROS. - they still are unbelieveable as I found out last nite at Jones Beach. Patrick Simmons is the MAN! But he really needs to cut his hair.

Now I'm done & I think it's Aug....????? Ugh.......
